The automatic cat litter box starts the cleaning cycle completely automatically once your cat has used the litter box and left it again. So you no longer have to worry about daily cleaning – the litter box does it for you.
During the cleaning cycle, clumps are reliably separated from the clean litter and transported to a waste compartment. This keeps the cat litter hygienic and unpleasant odors remain in the waste container. For you, this means even more hygiene with minimal effort.
With our smartphone app, you always have an overview. You can control cleaning cycles, receive notifications, and even monitor your cat's usage behavior.

What cat litter can I use?
We recommend our Catsplan cat litter because it clumps very quickly and is completely natural, but other cat litter can also be used.
Are self-cleaning litter boxes safe for my cat?
Yes! The litter box is absolutely safe to use. It is equipped with multiple highly sensitive sensors that reliably detect whether your cat is entering or leaving the litter box. As soon as movement or weight is registered, the device automatically interrupts any ongoing cleaning cycle. This prevents the mechanism from being active while your cat is still in the litter box.
Thanks to these intelligent sensors, you can rest assured that your furry friend is always protected – whether they return out of curiosity or stay longer. The materials used are also specially designed for cats: robust, non-toxic, and comfortable, so your cat feels completely at ease.

How often do I need to empty the litter box or clean the cat's toilet?
How often the waste bin needs to be emptied depends on the number of cats. Generally, emptying the waste bin every few days is sufficient – with multiple cats, more frequent emptying is recommended.
Thorough cleaning of the litter box is only necessary when needed, depending on the degree of soiling. Many of our customers and employees report cleaning their litter box every few months, while others do it a little more regularly.
Cleaning itself is straightforward: individual parts can be easily removed and cleaned, and some are even dishwasher-safe. This ensures the litter box always remains hygienic and ready for use.
Doesn't the litter box smell after a while?
The litter box itself remains odour-free – only the waste can eventually smell if the collection container is not emptied regularly. Even the cleverest self-cleaning litter box cannot magically remove clumps – it automatically removes clumps and keeps the toilet and cat litter clean, but eventually, you still have to dispose of the waste yourself. Otherwise, the typical "cat smell" will spread. How often you have to take out the waste depends on the number of cats and the sensitivity of your nose. Usually, it is sufficient to empty the collection container every few days.
Is my cat getting used to her new litter box?
In most cases, the adjustment period only takes a few days. Our customers offer the following tips to help your feline friend quickly accept the new litter box:
- Place the new litter box where the old one was – this will make it easier for your cat to get used to it.
- Initially, use the same cat litter your cat is already familiar with.
- Add some used litter so your cat recognizes the familiar scent.
- Hold off on automatic cleaning at first: Even though it operates very quietly, new sounds can initially startle your cat. Instead, use manual cleaning via the app or button control.
Most importantly: Give your cat time. Our experience shows that most cats accept the new litter box without problems. 🐾

- Other EU countries: Flat rate of €14.99 shipping costs with DHL.

As soon as your package ships, you'll receive a tracking number from us via email. With it, you can accurately track where your order is currently roaming and when it will arrive at your doorstep.
By the way, our chatbot (bottom right on every page) also always knows where your package is hiding—just enter your email and order number (which you can find in your order confirmation).
My parcel arrived damaged – what should I do?
If the carton is badly damaged during shipping, you can refuse to accept it – we don't want your package to look like a scratched scratching post! 🐾
If you have already accepted the package, please check the contents and contact our customer service immediately – we'll take care of it so everything purrs again.
I made a mistake in the delivery address – what now?
Contact our customer service as fast as a cat sprints to its favourite spot! 😺
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will gladly change the delivery address for you.
My package appears to have been delivered but I haven't received it - now what?
If DHL shows your parcel as delivered, but you have not received it, please check first if it was left with a neighbor or at a branch. Also, check the DHL delivery preferences.
If you still cannot find your parcel, please contact DHL immediately with the DHL tracking number that we sent you by email in the shipping notification.
If nothing helps or you cannot find your tracking number, please contact our customer service directly. We will then initiate an investigation together with DHL and ensure that your parcel is found quickly.

Yes, please clean the product as thoroughly as possible before returning it. Especially if it's a litter box, our staff will appreciate receiving the product in a clean condition.
Should an item be returned heavily soiled, we reserve the right to deduct a small cleaning fee from the refund.
How do I get my money back if I return something?
Once your return has reached us, we will check the condition and completeness of the products – this usually takes 2–5 business days.
If the product is heavily soiled, a small cleaning fee will be charged, which we will deduct from the refund.
After that, we will refund the amount to your original payment method.
You will receive a confirmation email immediately.
Please understand that depending on your bank, it may take a few more days for the money to be credited to your account.
